What is the Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. Please email us at storecare@nvidia.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number, SKU, quantity, and serial number in the return request.

When can I expect my Refund?

We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s) at our Return Center and verify the return. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. This can take up to 2 weeks

What is the Order Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations are accepted prior to order shipment. To request cancellation please email us at storecare@nvidia.com If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you’ve received item(s).

When will my credit card be charged and how will it show up on my credit/debit card?

We will not bill you until your product(s) are shipped. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped. If you use PayPal or Google Pay as your payment method, you will be charged immediately. The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*NVIDIA Store"

Why did my transaction not go through?

There are many reasons for a failed credit/debit card transaction. If encounter issues, you can contact our team at storecare@nvidia.com . Please provide any error messages you may have received.

What if I receive wrong, defective, or damaged product?

Please contact us about receiving the wrong/defective/damaged item within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a resolution. Please email us at storecare@nvidia.com with your order number, SKU, quantity, serial number, and issue with the item in the request. Our team will work to resolve the issue and get the correct product to you as soon as possible.

What if my shipment is missing?

Please reach out to storecare@nvidia.com for any issues with a shipment not being delivered.
